We just finished a 5 day surf course and we had a very great time. Zack, the instructor, was super friendly and very encouraging. At the end we were able to catch wave, stand up and do some first turns. Every day the took us to different beaches. Always following the best and most suitable waves for us.I you want to learn surfing and start feeling the pure power of the ocean you should check out wave sensation! We would definitely come back
3 days of surfing lessons with the Wavesensarions crew and were hooked! The instructors were great at explaining everything about the surfing process from going to different beaches in the morning to check the conditions to advancing your skills at your own pace. We learned about tides, currents, how to choose waves and most importantly, how to surf. Great crew and the shop has all sorts of cool surf stuff. We had four great days with Dominic, Zack, Carsten, Carlos (and a few other). They were good instructors but most of all had a very good hand with all of us. They handled middle aged men and women as good as teenage girls and a 9 year old boy. All beginners but with continuous feedback we felt like surfers (even if we still have some learning to do) . I recommend this to anyone, not the least to families. Small groups, efficient logistics. The lunch pack requires some personal boost for the young growing ones Thanks and see you again. /Jonas
Great school with highly professional team. Stayed for 5 days of surfing and yoga and beyond happy with both. Instructors have infinite patience and are making sure that every surf lesson is useful and fun. Cant even choose my favourite, the team of Carlos-Zac-Sabina is perfect. They all give great advice, have time for your questions, and somehow notice your mistakes and show how to correct them in the most efficient way even when you think they are watching somebody else. Every day was different because of different weather conditions and waves, and every day instructors were very clear and gave a lot of details about the timing of the lesson/what to expect/how the waves will change, etc. I seriously cant imagine a better surf team spirit and will definitely come back.Do book yoga classes with the school - every yoga class with Marilina complements surfing classes, focusing on relaxation/releasing tension after surfing day and waking up muscles + training external and internal balance during the early morning class.
La prof tait trs pro et trs agrable, le cours assez bien foutu pour des dbutants. Voil pour les points positifs.Les points ngatifs : journe complte tronque la moiti cause de la mare (il leur aura fallu attendre dtre sur la plage pour nous le dire), la prof fait sortir tout le monde de leau 45mn avant la fin pour aller surfer tranquillou pendant quon attend comme des cons sur la plage, accueil froid du reste du personnel, lunch box mdiocre (tant en quantit quen qualit)...Si vous voulez apprendre le surf cest pas trop mal, mais je conseillerais dessayer ailleurs pour que les promesses commerciales soient tenues.
